Maximum assistance
Mortgage assistance duration of up to 15 years for working families and up to 30 years for eligible disabled families

Eligibility Requirements
Participant in an eligible HACSB affordable housing or rental assistance program for at least one year,in good standing,no homeownership in the previous three years,generally full-time employment for at least two years unless exempt due to disability or age,credit score of 640 or higher,"no outstanding collection accounts, judgments or liens",minimum 3% down payment with at least 1% from buyer's own funds,additional requirements apply.
