SDHC City of San Diego Middle Income

Provides eligible middle-income first-time homebuyers with a $40,000 deferred loan for down payment assistance and a $10,000 grant for closing costs to help purchase a home in the City of San Diego. The loan requires no monthly payments during the first 5 years.
