Important considerations

Two options for the loan: Deferred Payment Loan: Repayable upon sale, transfer, or when the property is no longer owner-occupied.
Forgivable Loan: 20-year term with 10% of the original principal forgiven annually beginning after Year 10, provided the homeowner continuously owns and occupies the home.
Mobile homes not permanently affixed to a foundation may qualify for forgivable loan assistance.
Replacement of the manufactured home may be eligible when rehabilitation is not feasible.
