City of Riverside Housing Rehabilitation Program

The City of Riverside Housing Rehabilitation Program helps preserve safe and affordable owner-occupied housing by offering interest-free rehabilitation loans to income-qualified homeowners. The program finances eligible repairs that improve the health, safety, accessibility, and structural condition of homes. Loans are deferred for up to 30 years, with no monthly payments required while the homeowner continues to occupy the property as their primary residence. The program is administered by Neighborhood Partnership Housing Services (NPHS) on behalf of the City of Riverside and is funded through federal housing programs.
