Visalia Single-Family Home Repair Program

The Visalia Single-Family Home Repair Program is administered by Self-Help Enterprises in partnership with the City of Visalia. The program helps eligible low-income senior and disabled homeowners make critical repairs that improve the safety, accessibility, and livability of owner-occupied homes. Eligible improvements include roofing, plumbing, electrical work, heating and cooling systems, window replacement, insulation, and accessibility modifications. Assistance is provided at no cost to qualifying homeowners, subject to available funding.
