Anaheim Residential Rehabilitation Program (RRP)

The Anaheim Residential Rehabilitation Program (RRP) helps low-income homeowners repair and improve their primary residences through a combination of grants, forgivable loans, and deferred-payment rehabilitation loans. Funded through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program, the program supports critical home improvements that improve safety, accessibility, structural integrity, and overall housing quality. Funding is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to homes located in designated CDBG target areas.
