Apple Valley Residential Rehabilitation Loan Program

The Apple Valley Residential Rehabilitation Loan Program provides deferred payment loans to eligible owner-occupied single-family and small multi-family homes (up to four units). Funds may be used to correct health and safety hazards, code violations, deferred maintenance, energy conservation improvements, and accessibility modifications. The program is funded through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME programs.
