Household income generally must be at or below 50% AMI,Occupy the property as a primary residence; non-occupant co-borrowers are not allowed.,"Property must be located in an eligible Long Beach CDBG area. (Long Beach CDBG area is a specific neighborhood designated by the federal government and the city to receive federal funding for community revitalization, housing improvements, and local public services.)"
