Rialto Revive: HOME Rehabilitation Grant Program

The Rialto Revive: HOME Rehabilitation Grant Program provides financial assistance to eligible low-income homeowners for housing rehabilitation projects that improve the safety, livability, and condition of owner-occupied homes located within the City of Rialto. The program is funded by HUD through the HOME Investment Partnerships Program.
