A condominium, or condo, is a privately owned home within a larger building or residential community. Owners own the interior of their unit while sharing ownership of common areas such as hallways, elevators, pools, gyms, and landscaping through a homeowners association (HOA).

Provides a one-time grant of up to $100 to help eligible income-qualified SoCalGas customers pay their natural gas bill. The program is funded through donations and administered by local nonprofit agencies.
Provides an 18% discount on monthly electricity bills for income-qualified households with three or more people who do not qualify for the California Alternate Rates for Energy (CARE) Program.
