Affordable home improvement loan program providing up to $25,000 for eligible repairs, or up to $50,000 for projects that achieve the IBHS Wildfire Prepared Home® designation. Designed for income-eligible homeowners in Riverside, San Bernardino, and Los Angeles Counties.

Provides up to $20,000 in financial assistance to help eligible low- and very low-income homeowners repair or rehabilitate manufactured homes located within the City of Rialto.

Provides 0% interest deferred loans of up to $75,000 to help eligible low-income homeowners repair, rehabilitate, and improve owner-occupied homes in Apple Valley.

California Alternate Rates for Energy (CARE)
Provides eligible low-income households with a 20% discount on their monthly natural gas bill through participating utilities such as SoCalGas. Electric utility customers may also receive a 30–35% discount on their electricity bill, depending on their provider.
