CalHFA Section 184 Indian Home Loan Guarantee Program

Provides affordable home financing for eligible members of federally recognized Native American and Alaska Native tribes purchasing or refinancing a home in California. The program offers competitive fixed-rate mortgages and can be combined with CalHFA down payment assistance programs.
